Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex

  Salesforce customizations

  ,

  workflows

  , and

  automations

  .
• Build and manage integrations between

  Salesforce

  and

  ERP/financial/marketing

  systems.
• Implement reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Drive AI-based initiatives across

  CRM

  and

  ERP

  .
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers; manage day-to-day operations and stand-ups.
• Support multi-phase delivery with

  Sales

  and

  Finance

  teams.
• Resolve escalations and ensure timely fixes and enhancements.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong controls for data protection and privacy.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years Salesforce development experience

  ; strong expertise in complex workflows & integrations.
• Proven experience as

  Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, OmniChannel, Experience Cloud).

• 5+ years API/integration

  experience with

  ERP, finance, marketing,

  and

  AI systems.

• Strong background in reporting and data operations.

• 7+ years

  project management experience; Agile methodology experience.

• Salesforce Developer certification required.

• Experience working in global, multi-team environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in

  Pharma/Healthcare

  or other r

  egulated industries

  preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (

  HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC1/2

  ).
