Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce architecture experience and hands-on exposure to integrating Salesforce with SAP systems (SAP RISE). This role will drive enterprise digital transformation by ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure CRMERP integrations.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Strong experience across Salesforce clouds – Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP environments (SAP RISE; SAP S/4HANA or ECC also acceptable).
• Solid understanding of SAP master data (Customer, Material, Pricing) and core SAP business processes.
• Expertise in API-led integration, middleware tools, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration APIs, and Salesforce security.
• Experience with ETL, data migration, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or SAP CPQ.
• Exposure to SAP BTP Extension Suite.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery.
• Experience in global multi-cloud deployments.

Certification Required

• Salesforce System Architect / Application Architect
• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Integration Architect
• SAP-related certification or SAP RISE experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and SAP systems (SAP RISE/SAP S/4HANA or ECC; SAP RISE).
• Translate business requirements into high-performing, scalable solution architectures.
• Oversee integration design using middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or similar.
• Guide development teams on best practices for Apex, LWC, API usage, security models, and data structures.
• Manage solution governance, data models, and integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).
• Support master data sync scenarios: Customer, Product, Pricing, and Order-related data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP, business, and development teams) to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, releases, and AppExchange tools.
• Ensure solutions follow compliance, performance, and security standards.
