As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Tru, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Design and Architecture: - Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions aligning with best practices. - Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications. - Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Implementation and Customization: - Lead configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms. - Oversee the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations. - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Gather requirements, identify pain points, and define project goals. - Present solutions, gather feedback, and refine designs. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues. - Technical Leadership: - Provide guidance to development teams and conduct code reviews. - Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning. - Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Quality Assurance and Testing: - Develop and execute test plans to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues. - Thoroughly document all solutions. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. - Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities within the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation. - Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. - Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
