Salesforce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with healthcare processes, compliance, and regulatory needs (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• Design data models, workflows, and security models tailored to healthcare use cases.
• Provide guidance to development teams on Apex, Lightning Components, Process Builders, and integration patterns.
• Serve as the go-to Health Cloud SME for both technical and functional questions.
• Participate in the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Support pre-sales and proposal efforts when required, including solutioning and estimating.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare domain standards (EHR, EMR, HIPAA compliance, patient journeys).
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., EHRs, patient portals, third-party apps) via APIs, middleware, or HL7/FHIR protocols.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant (highly preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or a similar regulated industry.
