Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Type: Full-time Experience: 12+ years Mode: Hybrid (3 days office) We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect — a visionary technical leader who will define, design, and deliver complex, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong architectural vision and a passion for quality and governance across the full SDLC. Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership & Strategy: Lead large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations aligned with enterprise architecture strategy. Translate complex business needs into scalable, performance-optimized technical designs using Salesforce native features, Apex, LWC, and integration patterns (MuleSoft, APIs). Own architecture governance — conduct design reviews, enforce best practices for security, data models, and code quality. Advise senior stakeholders on platform roadmaps, investment strategies, and technical debt management. Development, DevOps & Release Management: Design and govern CI/CD pipelines with expert-level DevOps knowledge. Define and enforce branching (GitFlow) and environment strategies (sandboxes, scratch orgs). Serve as final technical approver for releases, ensuring adherence to security, code quality, and PDII best practices. Oversee large data volume (LDV) management, scaling, and performance optimization. Technical Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor and guide Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and Developers across multiple Scrum teams. Lead technical discovery and design workshops with enterprise clients. Identify and proactively manage technical risks and trade-offs throughout project lifecycles. Requirements: Qualifications & Certifications 12+ years of total IT/Software Engineering experience. 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. Deep knowledge of Governor Limits, security models, and data sharing architecture. Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Copado), and release automation. Excellent communication skills — capable of engaging global teams and C-suite stakeholders effectively.
