Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design across all Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) including Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solution architecture.
• Provide consultation on various aspects of the Salesforce product and solutions based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain solution blueprints, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support Agile delivery teams by providing guidance on user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution integrity.
• Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption where beneficial to the organization.
• Participate in roadmap planning, release management, and change control processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise systems, with 5+ years in Salesforce solution design.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using JIRA & Confluence tools for work and knowledge management
