Role Overview:

Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  architecture, design, and implementation

  of scalable Salesforce solutions across

  CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud

  .
• Define

  technical strategy, architecture patterns, and best practices

  for Salesforce implementations.
• Drive

  end-to-end solution design

  , including

  data models, integrations, security, and automation

  .
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee

  integration

  with external systems.
• Provide

  technical leadership

  to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards and design principles.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  , enforce development best practices, and mentor developers and administrators.
• Ensure

  platform scalability, performance, and security

  while optimizing Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years

  of total IT experience, with

  6+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation

  experience.
• Proven expertise in

  Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

  and

  Revenue Cloud

  solutions.
• Strong experience with

  Sales Cloud

  and

  Service Cloud

  capabilities.
• Deep understanding of

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Experience in

  Salesforce integrations

  with third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience in

  Salesforce Data Modeling, Security, and Deployment

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies and

  DevOps tools

  (Git, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent

  problem-solving, communication, and leadership

  skills.
