As a Salesforce Solution Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of our clients. Your role will involve utilizing your deep understanding of Salesforce products, strong technical background, and leadership skills to lead projects and guide development teams effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and architect Salesforce solutions to meet specific business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements effectively. - Develop detailed technical designs, including data models, integrations, and security measures. - Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams for successful project execution. - Conduct code reviews to maintain the quality of delivered solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates to leverage the platform efficiently. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations promptly. - Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect). - Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. - Proficiency in Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
