Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect within the Pre-Sales team at our company, your role involves designing, articulating, and presenting scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure technical feasibility, and support sales strategies through robust architecture design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, present Salesforce capabilities, and deliver tailored solution demonstrations. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining the technical and business value of Salesforce solutions. - Support the creation of RFP responses, technical proposals, and project estimates. - Work closely with internal teams such as project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure successful solution delivery. - Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends, integrating new capabilities into proposed solutions. Qualifications: - Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM area and Salesforce solution architecture, preferably in pre-sales or consulting roles. - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are advantageous. - Proficiency in Salesforce ecosystem, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. - Understanding of industry-specific challenges and Salesforce solutions addressing them. - Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices. Preferred Skills: - Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
