Salesforce QA Automation Engineer – CPQ Specialist

• Design, develop, and maintain

  UI, API, and headless automation tests

  across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, CPQ Cloud, Communities, and custom Force.com apps.
• Thoroughly test CPQ features such as pricing models, bundles, approvals, discounts, subscriptions, and multi-year pricing.
• Build and execute automation frameworks using

  Java, JavaScript, JUnit, TestNG

  , integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Utilize tools like

  Selenium

  , Provar CPQ, Playwright, Appium for UI/mobile testing, and

  Rest Assured

  or Postman for API testing.
• Automate functional, regression, smoke, and performance tests using internal and open-source tools.
• Develop and maintain test cases, prepare test data, capture and log defects automatically, and track test progress effectively.
• (Bonus) Perform mobile test automation with platforms like BrowserStack.
• Collaborate closely with Agile development teams (participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives).
• Use test management and bug-tracking tools such as

  JIRA

  , Zephyr, TFS, HP ALM, HP UFT, Coded UI, Telerik, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber.
• Continuously refine QA processes, enhance test coverage, and embed best practices within the team.

• 5–7 years

  of experience in Salesforce QA automation, with at least

  4 years

  focused on Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing) and

  CPQ testing

  .
• Strong functional understanding of Salesforce platforms, including LWC components, Apex, SOQL, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation, leveraging tools such as

  Selenium

  , Provar CPQ, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, and Postman.
• Proficient programming/scripting skills in

  Java

  ,

  JavaScript

  ,

  HTML

  , and

  CSS

  .
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in an Agile team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement in QA processes.

• Experience with

  mobile automation

  testing using BrowserStack.
• Exposure to

  Copado Robotic Testing/Automation

  .
• Performance testing skills (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Working with containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security testing practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Admin) and additional tool certifications (Selenium, Appium, Provar) are a strong plus.
