Job Title: Senior Data Visualization UI/UX Designer Experience: 10+ Year Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer specializing in Data Visualization to lead the design and user experience strategy for data-driven platforms and products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transforming complex data into compelling visual stories while ensuring intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into user-centric visual designs. Design dashboards, analytics platforms, and real-time monitoring tools with strong usability and visual hierarchy. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for data visualization interfaces. Use design tools and data visualization libraries to craft visually appealing and functionally effective experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Maintain design consistency and UI patterns across platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends in data visualization, interaction design, and information architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years focused on data visualization. Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced data dashboards, charts, graphs, and information design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Deep understanding of data visualization principles (e.g., color theory, cognitive load, visual hierarchy). Familiarity with D3.js, Chart.js, Highcharts, or similar libraries (knowledge of front-end tech is a plus). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Background in data science, statistics, or analytics. Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise dashboard applications. Ability to mentor junior designers and lead design sprints or workshops. Why Join Us?
