Salesforce Practice Head

Noida India

The Salesforce Practice Head is a senior leadership role responsible for building, growing, and managing a high performing Salesforce practice within an organization. This position involves driving revenue growth, leading technical teams, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and a proven track record in consulting, sales enablement, and practice development. This role reports to executive leadership (e.g., VP of Consulting or CIO) and collaborates closely with sales, delivery, and product teams.


Required Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years in IT/consulting, with at least 10 years in Salesforce specific roles (e.g., architect, consultant, or practice lead). Proven success in driving global Salesforce business growth and meeting revenue targets.

Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Force.com Platform, MuleSoft, and integrations. Experience with Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and Salesforce development best practices.

Certifications: Multiple Trailhead verified Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


Preferred Skills and Attributes

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Business acumen to align technical solutions with client strategies and drive measurable ROI.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events abroad and India
