Salesforce Practice Head

The Salesforce Practice Head will be responsible for leading and growing the SFDC practice in alignment with the firm's business strategy and market focus. With over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in SFDC, the ideal candidate will be based in Kolkata, Noida, Mumbai, or Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and grow the SFDC practice, aligning with the firm's business strategy and market focus. - Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions and services to create strong value propositions for clients. - Oversee practice operations to ensure delivery excellence and effective resource management. - Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention to foster a high-performing team. - Demonstrate expertise in SFDC and related technologies to drive innovation and growth. Essential Functions: - Build and grow the SFDC practice to meet revenue targets. - Collaborate with vertical business units and global sales teams to drive competency growth. - Support delivery teams on projects, ensuring customer service excellence. - Develop and maintain relationships with SFDC and product vendors to enhance internal expertise and thought leadership.
