We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to support our US Staffing Division at our Noida office.
🔹 Role: HR Executive – US Staffing
🔹 Location: Noida (Sector 63), Work from Office – No Remote
🔹 Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in US Staffing)
🔹 Shift: Night Shift IST (8 AM – 5 PM CST)
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (onboarding, documentation, BGV)
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & compliance
Handle employee engagement and retention activities
Support HR operations specific to US Staffing needs
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
Bachelor's degree (HR or related field)
