Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Product Managers, UX Experts, and Delivery Leads to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Experience Cloud components, integrations, and data migration solutions for public-facing B2C websites, ensuring compliance with

  WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Experience Cloud and Headless CMS platforms (Sanity strongly preferred).
• Customize Experience Cloud using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Builder, and Site.com.
• Implement personalization strategies, multilingual content support, and SEO best practices in Experience Cloud.
• Work with Typescript and modern JavaScript frameworks to develop responsive UI components, integrating with CMS and Salesforce APIs.
• Create estimates, detailed work breakdown structures, and maintain documentation for all developments and integrations.
• Follow coding standards and participate in regular code reviews to ensure proper design patterns, code quality, and maintainability.
• Apply continuous learning of Salesforce product releases, features, and web development best practices.
• Utilize GitHub/Bitbucket for version control and Gearset for deployment automation.
• Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using tools such as Jira.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in

  Experience Cloud and Community Cloud

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce Experience Cloud with headless CMS (Sanity strongly preferred).
• Strong experience building customizations and integrations using

  Salesforce CLI (SFDX), SOSL, SOQL, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and Experience Builder

  .
• Proficiency in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Design System (SLDS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript, Bootstrap, and Material Design

  .
• Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
• Expertise in personalizing content, implementing multilingual support, and ensuring SEO-friendly Experience Cloud sites.
• Hands-on experience using GitHub/Bitbucket (branching, merging, pull requests), and Gearset for deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and tools like Jira for project management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization is a huge plus.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Ability to deliver solutions in fast-paced environments and meet aggressive deadlines.
