Experience:

4–8 years (with minimum 3+ years in Salesforce Development)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce Developer

to design, develop, and maintain applications within ERP/CRM systems. The role involves developing scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Salesforce applications/modules based on user stories and low-level designs.
Debug, test (95%+ coverage), and document high-quality code.
Participate in code reviews, release processes, and defect management.
Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest process improvements.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusable components, and best practices.
Support and enhance deployment, sandbox refresh, and release management processes.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project SLAs.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
Declarative Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Page Layouts
Integration Skills: Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, external system integrations
Data Handling: SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader or similar tools
Deployment & Release: Experience with production deployments and resolving deployment errors
Standards & Practices: Adherence to Salesforce best practices, secure coding, and code reviews
Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, mentoring
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban
