Salesforce Developer

• Apex Classes and Apex Triggers: 3 years (Required)
• Manage and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to create and manage various business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Perform unit testing for the module assigned and take ownership of delivering the module with minimal functional and technical errors.
• Project success oriented attitude and flexible.
• Manage the coding best practices for Salesforce
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow

Required Skills:

• Experience in customizing using APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, etc
• Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model
• Hands-on Experience in designing of Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflows, Record types, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Approval Process, Sandbox Refreshments, Apex Data Loader, etc
• Must-Have hands-on experience on Deployments using Change set, Managing release dependencies across multiple projects
• Experience in lightning implementation, LWCExperience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and jQueryUnderstanding the release management and software development life cycleShould be able to review code of development team membersHave experience to work in multiple Salesforce ORGenvironment
• Strong communication skills to ask relevant questions in clientdev team meeting etc able to work around release related dependencies across projects
• Comfortable in client calls including executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Ability to convert customer requirement to technical specifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices around design and development.

Good to Have

• Experience on CPQ, Billing will be plus
• Salesforce certifications like PD2 and Trailhead badges will be plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce mobile app development
• Knowledge of other integration techniques and tools like with Middleware platforms (eg, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) or ETL tools (eg, Informatica) can be beneficial
