Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization
Design, develop, and maintain applications on the
Salesforce platform
using
Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Customize and configure
Salesforce objects, workflows, and approval processes
to meet project requirements.
Integration
Integrate Salesforce with
third-party APIs, external systems, and cloud applications
.
Develop
RESTful and SOAP-based integrations
for seamless data flow.
Administration & Optimization
Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into
technical solutions
.
Perform
data modeling, migration, and cleanup tasks
.
Ensure applications follow
Salesforce security, scalability, and performance standards
.
Testing & Deployment
Conduct
unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
.
Deploy solutions through
Salesforce DevOps tools
like
Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
.

Required Skills

For Freshers (0–2 Years)

Basic knowledge of
Salesforce CRM concepts
and
cloud technologies
.
Familiarity with
Apex programming
,
SOQL
, and
basic customizations
.
Good understanding of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and web development fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to
learn Salesforce platform tools
.

For Experienced Developers (2–7 Years)

Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules
Salesforce API integration
(REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs)
Experience in
Salesforce customization and configuration
.
Proficiency with
Version Control (Git)
and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Knowledge of
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
is a plus.
Salesforce
Developer or Administrator Certifications
(e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
