Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who is proficient in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning, Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of working collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Salesforce LWC, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce. Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and other declarative tools. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and controllers. Integration and Data Management: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. Implement data migration and data integration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems. Technical Documentation and Best Practices: Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers . Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce LWC, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Experience with Salesforce data modelling, security, and sharing rules. Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
