What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure Salesforce environments — profiles, roles, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes
• Deliver solutions within Service Cloud, including Case Management and Service Console
• Work with Workspace API for advanced integrations (preferred)
• Manage code and deployments using Git, Change Sets, and SFDX
• Perform data migration with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and related tools
• Build and support integrations with REST and SOAP APIs
• Drive technical problem-solving, optimize system performance, and ensure scalable solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful delivery

Who You Are

• 7–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Skilled in APEX, Aura, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration
• Proven expertise in Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Workspace API (nice-to-have)
• Proficient with version control (Git) and deployment tools (SFDX, Change Sets)
• Hands-on with data migration tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams
