Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant with strong expertise in Conga Composer to design, develop, and implement robust CPQ solutions and document automation processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce CPQ implementations, integrating Conga solutions, and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy Conga Composer solutions for automated document generation.
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps and propose scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and Lightning components to support CPQ processes.
  • Build and maintain Pricing Rules, Product Bundling, Discount Schedules, and Approval Processes in CPQ.
  • Integrate CPQ with external systems as needed, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Develop technical design documentation, solution architecture, and deployment strategies.
  • Provide production support, resolve issues, and conduct user training for CPQ and Conga Composer solutions.
  • Follow Agile methodologies for requirement gathering, sprint planning, and delivery.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 7-10 years of total Salesforce experience with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce CPQ implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Conga Composer for automated document generation and complex templates.
  • Proven expertise in :
  • Product Configuration
  • Pricing and Discounting strategies
  • Quote Templates
  • Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Experience with Salesforce customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builders).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud.
  • Exposure to DocuSign CLM, Conga Grid, or other Conga suite products.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) for deployment and version control.
