Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud professional with strong experience in data modeling and data integration. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement. The ideal candidate should combine expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) with advanced knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including:
Data Streams for ingestion.
Data Model Objects (DMOs) and relationships to support scalable customer data models.
Identity Resolution for unified customer profiles.
Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations for analytics and personalization.
Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
Implement ETL, API, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.
Document solutions and provide training to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
Salesforce Certifications (preferred):
Data Cloud Consultant
Data Architect
Platform Developer I/II

Good to Have

Exposure to Einstein AI/Analytics with Data Cloud.
Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines.
Knowledge of Customer 360 Audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
