Job Description

Job Summary (List Format) – Salesforce Consultant fro a leading product based MNC

Location - HyderabadShift - UK shift 12 Pm to 9 pmExperience Range - 6+ yearsWork Mode - 3 days wfo (Hybrid)

Enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions, primarily Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Implement configuration, customization, and development according to best practices.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce technical solutions, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.
Lead the design and flow of Salesforce solution integrations between different platforms.
Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Salesforce team members.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with Director and Executive-level stakeholders on both business and technical matters.
Conduct systems audits, gather requirements, and map processes.
Prepare functional and technical design documentation.
Create data architecture and entity relationship diagrams.
Develop end-user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support UAT processes.
