Job Summary

• Senior leadership position with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the Appian practice
• Accountable for defining the strategic roadmap and driving business growth across existing and new clients
• Responsible for developing and evolving differentiated Appian service offerings, including low-code solutions, intelligent workflows, RPA, and AI integration
• Owns revenue and order book targets for the practice
• Leads competency building and scaling initiatives aligned with market demand and emerging Appian technologies
• Drives talent acquisition, delivery, and fulfilment plans in collaboration with delivery, hiring, and talent management teams
• Establishes and nurtures strategic partnerships with Appian and ecosystem partners to enhance offerings and expand market reach
• Collaborates closely with sales and account teams to shape client pursuits and deliver compelling solutions
• Represents the organization as a thought leader in analyst briefings, industry forums, and partner events
• Engages clients, provides thought leadership, and drives cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems
