Job Description

Salesforce Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build scalable solutions on Salesforce using
Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and OmniStudio
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide
technical guidance
on solution design, integration architecture, and best practices.
Implement and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and alerts.
Lead Salesforce integration efforts with external platforms using
SOAP/REST APIs
.
Oversee release and change control processes including sandbox management, code promotion, and deployment.
Develop dashboards, custom reports, and tools to monitor data quality and platform usage.
Mentor junior engineers and act as a
Salesforce subject matter expert
across the organization.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends; recommend improvements accordingly.
Promote Agile best practices, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years
of Salesforce development experience, including strong hands-on expertise in
Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio
, and
SOQL
.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance standards.
Experience designing complex data models including custom and junction objects.
Strong experience in Salesforce
APIs and integrations
with external systems.
Proficient in tools such as
Apex Data Loader
, Postman, Workbench, etc.
Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
