Salesforce Consultant

As an experienced Salesforce Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Your deep technical foundation in Salesforce, coupled with strong leadership skills, will drive innovation and excellence within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build scalable solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and OmniStudio. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance on solution design, integration architecture, and best practices. - Implement and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and alerts. - Lead Salesforce integration efforts with external platforms using SOAP/REST APIs. - Oversee release and change control processes including sandbox management, code promotion, and deployment. - Develop dashboards, custom reports, and tools to monitor data quality and platform usage. - Mentor junior engineers and act as a Salesforce subject matter expert across the organization. - Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends; recommend improvements accordingly. - Promote Agile best practices, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely project delivery. Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and SOQL. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance standards. - Experience designing complex data models including custom and junction objects. - Strong experience in Salesforce APIs and integrations with external systems. - Proficient in tools such as Apex Data Loader, Postman, Workbench, etc. - Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD deployment pipelines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Salesforce Einstein AI. - Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, and Agent Force.,
