Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in analyzing business processes and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud environments. The ideal candidate should be skilled in gathering requirements, bridging gaps between business and technical teams, and ensuring Salesforce platform enhancements align with organizational goals. This is a remote opportunity, ideal for a motivated professional looking to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and admins to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis sessions with cross-functional teams. Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models. Support system configurations and manage enhancements within Salesforce. Lead UAT sessions, create test cases, and assist with user training and documentation. Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams. Monitor Salesforce platform usage, user adoption, and recommend optimizations. Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic Marketing Cloud. Hands-on experience with creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and flows . Solid grasp of data modeling, integration concepts , and Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules). Proficiency with reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce Lightning UI. Experience with Agile methodologies and using tools like JIRA , Confluence , or Azure DevOps . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst , Administrator (ADM 201) , or Platform App Builder . Exposure to third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., DocuSign, Marketo, Pardot, CPQ, Tableau CRM). Experience in industries like SaaS , Finance , Healthcare , or Retail is a plus. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau , or other reporting tools. Basic understanding of APIs , SOQL , and Apex is a plus (not mandatory).
