Job Summary:

Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and admins to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models.
• Support system configurations and manage enhancements within Salesforce.
• Lead UAT sessions, create test cases, and assist with user training and documentation.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Monitor Salesforce platform usage, user adoption, and recommend optimizations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce platform capabilities

  , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with

  creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and flows

• Solid grasp of

  data modeling, integration concepts

  , and Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
• Proficiency with

  reporting, dashboards,

• Experience with
