Job summary

The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status risks and changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement and future planning.
Utilize Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud expertise to optimize project execution and deliver innovative solutions.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery.
Ensure projects align with the companys strategic goals and contribute to its overall success.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with proven experience in managing complex projects.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
