Job summary

The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status risks and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement and future planning.
  • Utilize Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud expertise to optimize project execution and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery.
  • Ensure projects align with the companys strategic goals and contribute to its overall success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Possess a strong background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with proven experience in managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
