Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement highquality Salesforce solutions using

  Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, CSS

  , and

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust configurations and customizations.
• Build scalable system architectures and contribute to overall

  Salesforce solution design

  .
• Work across multiple tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery.
• Apply deep understanding of

  Salesforce architectural concepts

  , including governor limits, API usage, and platform constraints.
• Provide thought leadership by challenging existing approaches and recommending alternative solutions when appropriate.
• Deliver reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and business workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining highquality engineering standards.
• Work with DevOps and version control tools to streamline deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years

  of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with

  Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, CSS

  and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce platform architecture

  , governor limits, API integration, and security concepts.
• Prior experience building

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  is mandatory.
• Experience with tools such as

  JIRA, VS Code, Postman, ServiceNow

  , etc.
• Experience working with at least one DevOps tool such as

  GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset, Bitbucket

  , etc.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with

  Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

  is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Salesforce certifications

  are mandatory:
• Platform Developer I
• Platform Developer II
• 5+ years of advanced Salesforce development experience.
• Working knowledge of

  Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Einstein, CRMA

  , and other Salesforce products is highly desirable.
