Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. 

 
Experience: 5- 7 Years  

Location: Bangalore  

Mode of Work: Full Time 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and user profiles. 
  
• Provide day-to-day support to end users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training. 
  
• Implement and manage automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. 
  
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet departmental and management requirements.  
  
• Monitor and manage data integrity, system security settings, and compliance policies (e.g., login history, sharing rules, password policies). 
  
• Coordinate and oversee system upgrades, patches, and Salesforce release cycles. 
  
• Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader, Dataloader.io, and similar tools. 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage thirdparty integrations and APIs. 
  
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  

Requirements:  

• 5 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. 
  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). 
  
• Experience with data management and data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io).  
  
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. 
  
• Experience with third-party integrations and API-based connections. 
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.  
  
• Ability to work in overlapping time zones (for meetings with US East Coast teams).  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• Exposure to Agentforce (nice to have). 
  
• Prior experience in reputed organizations with stable career history. 
  
• Consistent academic background (10th, 12th, and Degree).
