Job Description

You are an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer responsible for developing, delivering, and enhancing training programs to elevate the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team. Your role involves designing tailored training materials, ensuring comprehensive product understanding, teaching sales techniques, and coaching on effective communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, you will familiarize sales representatives with sales tools and technologies to optimize their performance. You will conduct role-play exercises, assess sales team members, provide feedback, and stay updated with industry trends to adapt training programs accordingly. Furthermore, you will assist in onboarding new sales hires to ensure they receive thorough training and support. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or a related field, has proven sales and sales training experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems. This is a full-time position located in person.
