Role Description

Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams across various branches in Kerala.
• Design and implement effective training modules to improve sales performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Support new joiners with induction and product knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with the Sales and HR departments to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Ensure sales targets and quality standards are consistently met through skill development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales training or field sales leadership.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and customer engagement techniques.
