💰 Compensation: ₹5,00,000 fixed + ₹2,00,000 performance-based incentives (CTC ₹7,00,000 per annum)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Sales Telecaller with 1–3 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, scheduling product demos, and driving conversions. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product offerings.

Schedule and conduct product demos (virtual or in-person).

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Comfortable with demo presentations and product walkthroughs.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
