Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product offerings.
• Schedule and conduct product demos (virtual or in-person).
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in

  English & Hindi

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with demo presentations and product walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
