MVNO Operations & Integration Manager 📍 Gurgaon, India (Onsite ) Base Salary: ₹20 L–₹25L per annum, based on experience and fit • On-target total compensation: Potential to reach ₹30L with performance-linked bonuses and benefits” About the Role We are launching a direct MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with T-Mobile (USA) and EE (UK) and are hiring an MVNO Operations & Integration Manager to be based in our Gurgaon office. This role is at the heart of building our MVNO platform — managing back-end systems, operator integrations, and day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and profitable launch. Key Responsibilities • MVNO Systems & Integration • Lead technical integration with T-Mobile (USA) and EE (UK). • Oversee provisioning, billing, OSS/BSS, and CRM systems setup. • Manage SIM lifecycle processes (activation, porting, roaming, suspension). • Operations Management • Ensure accurate billing, rating, and wholesale reporting. • Track and optimize KPIs such as ARPU, churn, and cost per user. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with host operators and vendors. • Commercial & Partner Coordination • Work closely with operator account managers to maintain SLAs. • Support commercial negotiations with technical inputs. • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations in India, USA, and UK. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Customer Service to enable smooth provisioning and issue resolution. • Work with Finance teams on billing, settlements, and reconciliations. • Provide technical insights to Sales & Product for new offers. Responsibilities Own and drive strategic B2B partnerships with visa agencies, universities, embassies, and airports. Build and execute the sales playbook for institutional sales. Lead partner negotiations, close high-value contracts, and oversee onboarding. Manage and mentor a small team of B2B Sales Executives. Track pipeline, conversion %, and partner performance. Our goal is simple: monopolize the student SIM market in India. We are looking for B2B Sales Executives to drive partnerships with visa agencies, colleges, and institutions — and scale cash-in quickly. Responsibilities Identify and close B2B partnerships with visa consultants, universities, and student offices. Manage daily sales pipeline and meet account-level revenue targets. Attend student/visa events and represent Kingfisher Telecom. Build referral loops by capturing student success stories from partners. Report sales activity and pipeline data to the Senior Manager. Requirements 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (telecom, edtech, fintech, or travel industry preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Hustle-driven, relationship-oriented, and highly target-focused. Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment .
