Senior Manager – B2B Partnerships


Responsibilities


  • Own and drive

    strategic B2B partnerships

    with visa agencies, universities, embassies, and airports.
  • Build and execute the

    sales playbook

    for institutional sales.
  • Lead partner negotiations, close high-value contracts, and oversee onboarding.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of B2B Sales Executives.
  • Track pipeline, conversion %, and partner performance.
  • Act as the face of Kingfisher Telecom in the Indian education & travel ecosystem.


Requirements


  • 5–8 years of experience in

    B2B / institutional sales

    (telecom, edtech, travel, or fintech).
  • Strong network in the

    student/education/visa sector

    preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing institutional accounts.
  • Leadership skills: ability to mentor and grow a sales team.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and target-driven mindset.


Compensation


  • Base:

    ₹12–18 LPA
  • OTE (with commissions):

    ₹20–25 LPA+ (uncapped, performance-linked)
