Role Overview


Sales Telecaller


  • Calling warm leads who’ve already shown interest
  • Understanding what they actually need (travel, study, work, family)
  • Guiding them to the

    right plan, clearly and confidently

  • Following up like a pro until the deal is done

You’re not just pushing product.

advising, building trust, and closing

  • Make

    daily outbound calls

    to inbound / warm leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Run

    structured follow-ups

    (same-day + scheduled) until closure – no lead left hanging
  • Understand customer needs (duration, country, data/calling patterns) and

    recommend the best plan

  • Handle objections smoothly:
  • price
  • trust
  • “I’ll think about it”
  • comparisons with other providers
  • Keep

    accurate notes

    in CRM/Sheets: status, next action, follow-up date, key details
  • Coordinate with ops/fulfilment for:
  • order confirmation
  • payment success
  • activation / onboarding
  • Share

    customer feedback, common doubts, and new ideas

    with the team so we can improve scripts and offers
  • Hit and exceed

    monthly targets

    for conversions, revenue, and follow-ups closed

Requirements


  • 3+ years experience

    in telecalling / inside sales / call centre / lead conversion
  • Strong, clear communication in

    Hindi + English

    (additional languages a plus)
  • Comfortable working with
