Main Responsibilities & Tasks 1. Telecalling & Inside Sales Make outbound calls to local businesses (restaurants, hotels, hostels, shops, clinics, offices, societies, warehouses, etc.) Introduce our pest control services in a polite and professional manner Identify whether the prospect already has a vendor and assess their satisfaction level Capture key details such as decision-maker name, requirements, and contract renewal dates Do regular follow-up calls with warm leads to move them towards confirmation --- 2. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting Understand the customer’s needs and verify if they are a potential fit Schedule appointments or transfer calls to the business owner for technical discussions Ensure all required details are collected before handing over the lead --- 3. Maintaining Lead Records Maintain an organised lead sheet (Excel/Google Sheet/WhatsApp) Update call logs, follow-ups, prospect details, and outcomes daily Track hot leads, pending callbacks, and renewal dates --- 4. Supporting Conversions Coordinate between prospects and the business owner during the evaluation phase Keep the prospect engaged through reminders and polite follow-ups Push leads toward final confirmation so that the job materialises Earn commission for every successfully completed job --- 5. Occasional Field Visits (10–20% of the role) Visit nearby businesses or localities for light marketing activities (brochure drops, quick introductions, etc.) Accompany the owner for meetings when needed Conduct basic on-ground prospecting to identify potential clients Collect contact details from field visits and pass them into the lead sheet --- 6. Customer Coordination After a job is scheduled, communicate timings and basic instructions to the client (only if required) Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery Ensure customer satisfaction during the initial interaction --- 7.
