Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to our Ayurvedic wellness products. The role involves explaining products, guiding customers, booking orders, and providing basic consultation support in a respectful and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
✔ Make outbound calls to interested leads
✔ Explain Ayurvedic products, benefits, dosage & usage
✔ Assist customers in placing orders
✔ Maintain a polite, supportive, and confidential conversation
✔ Follow up with customers for order confirmation & delivery
✔ Maintain daily call & order records

Eligibility & Requirements

✔ Minimum 12th pass
✔ Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
✔ Comfortable talking about health topics
✔ Ability to convince customers politely (no aggressive selling)✔ Fresher or experienced both can apply

Preferred Skills

Experience in Telecalling / Tele-sales / Healthcare / Pharma / Ayurveda
Customer handling & problem-solving skillsSoft spoken, patient, and trustworthy personality

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹ 18,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
