Job Title: Sales Telecaller

Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Salary: 10k + incentives

Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services

* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

* Maintain and update customer details in CRM or records

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections

* Schedule appointments or close sales over calls

* Maintain professional communication and call etiquette

* Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]

* Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

* Ability to persuade and build customer relationships

* Willingness to work with targets

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)

* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Candidate:

* Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage

* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
