Job Title: Sales Manager Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and guide our sales team toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring timely deal closures, providing continuous training and support to the team, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Management Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure team members follow the set sales processes, documentation, and company standards. 2. Sales Target Achievement Plan, distribute, and monitor sales targets for the entire team. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance to ensure goals are met. Support and guide team members in deal closures, negotiations, and client handling. 3. Training & Development Provide ongoing training, coaching, and skill development programs for the team. Identify performance gaps and offer tailored mentoring sessions. Ensure new joiners are well-trained on products, policies, and sales strategies. 4. Deal Closure & Revenue Growth Participate in key client meetings to close high-value deals. Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and smooth closure of sales deals. Develop strategies to increase conversion rates and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Sales Strategy & Planning Assist in creating monthly/quarterly sales plans aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Implement innovative sales techniques to boost productivity and revenue. 6. Reporting & Communication Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management. Provide insights on team performance, pipeline updates, and challenges. Maintain CRM entries and ensure data accuracy across all sales activities. 7. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams for smooth workflow. Ensure proper follow-up on client documentation, agreements, and post-sales activities.
