Key Responsibilities: • Lead architectural design and planning for high-level projects. • Oversee the development of detailed blueprints, plans, and technical documentation. • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, engineers, and construction teams. • Review and approve design work of junior architects and consultants. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. • Utilize advanced design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM). • Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support. • Lead design presentations and client meetings. • Promote sustainable and innovative design practices.
