Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead a team of sales representatives toward achieving revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics and generate reports for management. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team and market. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to enhance team members' skills and productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage KPIs for each team member. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Handle escalated client concerns or complex negotiations when necessary. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). [3–5+] years of proven sales experience, with at least [1–2] years in a team leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
