Telesales Executive

Preferred- Females Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset are key to succeeding in this role. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database or leads. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or promotions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups using CRM software. Handle customer objections and queries in a professional and polite manner. Follow up with interested customers via phone or email. Collaborate with the sales team for feedback and improvement. Stay informed about product updates and company offers. Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing is a plus. Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or call center systems.
