Position:

    Kanpur, Lucknow, & Varanasi

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage the overall performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  3. Achieve consistent growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Build business by organizing sales visits, converting leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to maximize revenue potential.
  6. Establish strong relationships with prospects and customers; recommend tailored solutions and upsell value-added services.
  7. Provide continuous client support, guidance, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Manage the complete sales process using CRM tools and other software platforms to track performance and conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Education:

    MBA or B.Tech / M.Tech degree required.
  2. Experience:

    1.5 years of proven experience in team management and 5 to 6 years in field-based B2C sales
  3. Strong business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  6. Highly organized, creative, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
