Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales executives, set and achieve sales targets, and develop strategies to engage and retain customers. This role involves analyzing sales data, providing support and training to team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales operations and outcomes.

• Excellent Sales expertise with the ability to meet and surpass sales targets
• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Proven problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage
