Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting, sales presentations, drafting proposals, follow-ups, and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Staff will also be involved in market research and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of the logistics industry, including Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Supply Chain Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
