Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities across sea, air, and land freight services.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with overseas agents, partners, and global clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth regions and industry trends in target geographies.
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition through networking, cold outreach, and participation in global trade shows.
  • Prepare and present customized logistics solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies for global clientele.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and documentation teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Manage international sales pipeline and meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
  • Track and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine offerings.



Ideal Candidate Requirement:

·       2–5 years of experience in international sales/business development

·       Strong communication & negotiation skills

·       Background in logistics or freight forwarding
