🧩 Role: Sales Assistant

Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)

Timings: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month (with opportunity to grow based on performance)

📌 Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism

Understand and note down customer requirements

Manage and reply to customers on WhatsApp

Coordinate between customers and the internal operations team

Ensure smooth end-to-end order processing

Maintain daily records and follow-ups

🎯 Ideal Candidate

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Comfortable handling calls & WhatsApp

Organized and responsible

Able to work independently

Quick learner and customer-friendly
